摘　　要：为探讨中医药治疗胰腺癌的研究进展,笔者通过查阅文献和了解临床资料,分别从实验研究及临床观察两方面就单味中药有效成分及复方联合西医化疗药物治疗胰腺癌的研究进展做一综合概述。结果发现,中医药作为一种辅助治疗方法,能增强化疗药物疗效,减少化疗不良反应,有效减轻患者疼痛、预防并发症,从而提高患者生活质量,延长患者中位生存期。因此,中西医结合的多学科综合治疗方法是目前胰腺癌治疗的最佳方案之一。To discuss the research progress of treating pancreatic cancer with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical and experimental literatures about treating pancreatic cancer with effective component of single Chinese herb and compound prescriptions combined with chemotherapeutics were reviewed. Traditional Chinese medicine as an auxiliary treatment could enhance the curative effect of chemotherapeutics, reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapeutics, alleviate patients＇ pain, and prevent complications to improve the life quality and prolong median survival time of patients. So, Multi-disciplinary comprehensive therapies with integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy included were the best therapeutic schedule for pancreatic cancer at present.
