摘  要:目的:用聚甘油脂肪酸脂(PGFE)作为一种新型药物载体材料,以葛根素为模型药物,制备葛根素PGFE胶束聚合物。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定葛根素含量,以药物包封率作为评价指标,通过星点设计-效应面优化法对葛根素PGFE胶束聚合物的制备工艺及处方进行优化。结果:PGFE胶束聚合物可以有效地包裹或吸附葛根素,稳定性良好,包封率可达80%以上。结论:以PGFE作为药物载体材料,能自发形成胶束聚合物微粒,可改善难溶性药物的溶解度。Objective: Polyglycerol fatty acid ester(PGFE) was used as a novel drug carrier material, puerarin was used as a model drug, and the puerarin PGFE micelle-polymers were prepared. Methods: The content of puerarin was determined by UV spectrophotometry, with drug entrapment efficiency as evaluation index, the prescription and preparation technology of puerarin PGFE micelle-polymers were optimized by central composite design and response surface optimization method. Results: Puerarin could be effectively wrapped or absorption by PGFE micelle-polymers with good stability, the encapsulation efficiency could reach 80%. Conclusion: With PGFE as a drug carrier material, it can form micelle-polymer particles spontaneously, which can improve the solubility of poorly water-soluble drugs.
