中药肤癣洗剂治疗浅部真菌病临床疗效与安全性的随机对照试验

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药肤癣洗剂治疗手足癣、股癣、花斑癣、体癣浅部真菌相关皮肤病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2011年1月-2012年8月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院皮肤科门诊治疗的手足癣、股癣、花斑癣、体癣患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予2%酮康唑洗剂治疗,治疗组予以中药肤癣洗剂治疗。观察记录两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:共纳入195例患者,第1周治疗组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),而第2、3周两组总有效率比较均无显著性差异;两组第3周真菌学疗效比较无显著性差异;治疗组治疗后红斑、丘疹、水疱、糜烂、渗出、角化过度及瘙痒等症状均有改善(P<0.01),治疗结束时痊愈96例,显效40例,好转12例,无效2例,总有效率达90.67%。结论:肤癣洗剂治疗各种浅表性皮肤真菌病疗效可靠,安全,值得临床医师推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuxuan Lotion in the treatment of tinea manus and tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor and tinea corporis of superficial fungal related skin diseases. Methods： The patients with tinea manus and tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor and tinea corporis who were treated in the dermatology outpatient of Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during January 2011 to August 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with 2% ketoconazole Lotion, and patients in experimental group were treated with Fuxuan Lotion. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded after treatment. Results： A total of 195 patients were included. The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group in the first week（P0.05）, while the difference in total effective rate between the two groups was not significant during the 2nd week and 3rd week. The difference in curative effect of fungus between the two groups was not significant in the 3rd weed. The symptoms such as erythema, papules, blisters, erosion, seepage, hyperkeratosis and pruritus in patients of treatment group were relieved after treating. At the end of treatment, 96 cases were cured, 40 cases were markedly improved, 12 cases were improved, 2 cases were unrecovered, and the total effective rate was 90.67%. Conclusion： It is effective and safety for treating variety of superficial mycosis with Fuxuan Lotion which is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
