摘 要:目的:通过理论、临床及免疫学探讨,建立肝郁型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)大鼠模型。方法:采用Wistar雄性大鼠50只,分为:CNP模型组37只、前列腺蛋白制备组5只、空白组8只。先采用弗氏免疫佐剂法制备CNP模型,观察肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)变化;然后对CNP模型组采用束缚法制备肝郁型CNP模型,观察TNF-α、IL-8变化。结果:正常饲养的CNP模型组TNF-α、IL-8浓度较空白组明显升高(P<0.05),肝郁型CNP模型组TNF-α、IL-8浓度明显高于正常饲养的CNP模型组(P<0.05)。结论:弗氏免疫佐剂法结合束缚法能够制备肝郁型CNP模型,肝郁能够加重CNP炎性改变。Objectives: To establish CNP rat model with stagnation of liver-qi through discussion of theory, clinic and immunology. Methods: Fifty male Wistar rats were divided into CNP model group(37 rats), prostate-protein preparation group(5 rats), and control group(8 rats). The CNP models were established by using Freund's adjuvant method, and the changes in the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were observed. On this basis, combined with the constraint method, the CNP models with stagnation of liver-qi were established, and the changes in the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were observed again. Results: the concentration of TNF-α and IL-8 of rats in CNP model group increased significantly, while the concentrations of TNF-α and IL-8 levels of rats in CNP with stagnation of liver-qi group were obviously higher than those of CNP model group. Conclusion: Freund's adjuvant method combined with constraint method could be used to establish CNP rat model with stagnation of liver-qi, and the stagnation of liver-qi could aggravate the inflammatory changing of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
