摘  要:目的:考察染料木素的平衡溶解度和大鼠在体肠吸收特性以及大豆苷、染料木苷和大豆苷元的影响。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典》中溶解度的测定方法和大鼠在体肠吸收模型研究不同质量浓度染料木素的溶解吸收特性并考察上述3种成分的影响。结果:染料木素在K-R试液(p H值为7.4)的溶解度为29.27mg/L,3种同用成分均会对其溶解产生抑制作用。在质量浓度0.60-21.30mg/L范围内染料木素在大鼠肠道内均有良好的吸收且不具有浓度依赖。染料木苷、大豆苷和大豆苷元对染料木素吸收不会产生影响。结论:染料木素属于低溶解度药物但拥有良好的渗透能力,吸收机制为被动转运。同服的大豆异黄酮中其他成分会对染料木素的溶解度产生影响但不会对其吸收产生作用。Objective: To investigate the equilibrium solubility and situ intestinal absorption characteristics of genistein, and the influence of daidzin, genistin and daidzein on genistein. Methods: The determination method for solubility and the rat model of in situ intestinal absorptive recorded in Pharmacopoeia of People,s Republic of China were used to determine the dissolution and absorption properties of genistein with different quality and concentrations, and observe the influence of the above three kinds of components on genistein. Results: The solubility of genistein in K-R test solution(p H=7.4) was 29.27mg/L, and the three kinds of coexistent components could inhibit the dissolution of genistein. Within the scope of concentration of 0.60-21.30mg/L, genistein was absorbed by intestine of rats without concentration-dependent, and genistin, daidzin and daidzein could not influence the absorption of genistein. Conclusion: Genistein is a drug with low-solubility and good permeability. The absorption mechanism of genistein is passive transport. The other components in soy isoflavone would affect the solubility of genistein but would not affect its absorption.
