药物贴敷涌泉穴治疗高血压病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨涌泉穴药物贴敷合并西药治疗高血压病的作用机制,并对临床疗效作出评价。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,分别采用涌泉穴药物贴敷合并苯磺酸氨氯地平片与单纯使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,每日一次,治疗28d,4周后观察静息状态下血压数值以及高血压病临床症状积分变化。结果:治疗组和对照组之间静息状态下血压数值以及症状积分存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),涌泉穴药物贴敷合并苯磺酸氨氯地平片效果明显优于单纯使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片。结论:在改善高血压病症状和降压疗效方面,涌泉穴药物贴敷合并苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗方案优于单纯使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片。Objective： To discuss the mechanism of treating hypertension with combination of western medicine and point application on Yongquan（KI1）, and evaluate the clinical curative effect. Methods： Eighty hypertensive patients were randomly and evenly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Patients in treatment group were treated with combination of amlodipine besylate tablets and point application on Yongquan（KI1）, and patients in control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets alone once a day for 28 days. After treating for 4 weeks, the blood pressure value in a resting state and changes in clinical symptom score of patients in the two groups were observed. Results： The observations showed that the differences in blood pressure values in a resting state and changes in clinical symptom score of patients between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05, P0.01）. The curative effect of combination of amlodipine besylate tablets and point application on Yongquan（KI1） was superior to that of amlodipine besylate tablets alone. Conclusion： The curative effect of therapeutic schedule of combination of amlodipine besylate tablets and point application on Yongquan（KI1） in improving symptoms of hypertension and lowering blood pressure is superior to that of amlodipine besylate tablets alone.
