摘　　要：目的了解国际航行船舶感染鼠患状况,探讨船舶除鼠的措施和方法。方法对发现鼠征的国际航行船舶实施器械和药物除鼠,对捕获的鼠进行种属鉴定和病原体检测。结果捕获马来家鼠、黄胸鼠、褐家鼠各一只,相关病原体检测阴性。结论口岸卫生检疫部门应加强对船龄长、装载原木等易藏匿滋生鼠类的国际航行船舶的检疫查验力度,采取科学有效措施防制鼠患,并加强宣传教育,提高船方医学媒介生物防制意识。Objective This article tries to understand the situation of rat infestation in international navigation vessels and to explore the rat infestation control and management measures of vessels. Methods Treatment measures of apparatus deratting and drug deratting are carried out at international navigation vessels infested with rat. The captured rats are identified and detected for pathogen. Results One Malay norvegicus,one Rattus flavipectus and one Rattus norvegicus are captured. The related pathogen detection result is negative. Conclusion Health and quarantine departments of ports should strengthen quarantine and inspection on international navigation ships of a long age length,ships loading logs and other goods easy to hide the breeding of rodents,and take scientific and effective measures to prevent and control rats,and to strengthen publicity and education to improve the consciousness of medical biological media control among the ship crew.
