天河口岸流感疫情预警效果分析

摘　　要：目的利用流感监测数据进行早期预警。方法利用天河口岸2010-2013年流感病毒核酸分月阳性率数据建立数据库,采用流行控制图法建立预警模型,对2009年5-12月流感疫情进行回顾性验证预警,分析该模型的预警效果。结果以阳性率均数为中心线,中心线加2个标准差为上控制限,较好地识别了天河口岸2009年流感流行。结论流行控制图法可用于口岸流感疫情预警。Objective This article intends to realize early warning using influenza surveillance data. Methods Database is built based on monthly positive rate of influenza virus RNA from 2010 to 2013. Epidemic control chart is used to detect the influenza epidemic retrospectively from May to December in 2009. Results the influenza pandemics in 2009 are identified successfully using the model with mean of the positive rate for the centre line,and centre line plus 2s for the upper control limit. Conclusion Epidemic control chart could be used to early warn influenza epidemic at port.
