摘　　要：目的探讨不同类型前置胎盘对妊娠结局的影响。方法根据产前超声结果将2012年1月-2015年6月治疗的312例前置胎盘患者分为边缘性前置胎盘组(A组)、部分性前置胎盘组(B组)和完全性前置胎盘组(C组),每组各104例。对比3组基本临床资料和妊娠结局,分析不同类型前置胎盘对妊娠结局的影响。结果 3组患者间存在年龄差异(P<0.05),其中B组和C组年龄显著高于A组(P<0.05);3组间产前出血、产前输血、产后出血、产后输血、胎盘植入、子宫切除和早产发生率比较,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),各指标发生率顺位:C组>B组>A组。结论不同类型前置胎盘对妊娠结局有一定的影响,胎盘前置程度越高,产妇出血、胎盘植入、子宫切除、早产的发生率越高。Objective To explore the effects of different types of placenta previa on pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 312 patients with placenta previa treated in the hospital from January 2012 and June 2015 were selected and divided into group A（ marginal placenta praevia）,group B（ partial placenta praevia）,and group C（ total placenta praevia） according to prenatal ultrasonic results,104 patients in each group. The basic clinical data and pregnancy outcomes in the three groups were compared; the effects of different types of placenta previa on pregnancy outcome were analyzed. Results There was statistically significant difference in age among the three groups（ P〈0.05）,age of patients in group B and group C was statistically significantly higher than that in group A（ P〈0.05）; there were statistically significant differences in antepartum hemorrhage,antenatal blood transfusion,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum blood transfusion,placenta increta,hysterectomy,and premature birth among the three groups（ P〈0.05）. Rank of incidence rates of various indexes： group Cgroup Bgroup A. Conclusion Different types of placenta previa have certain impacts on pregnancy outcome,the higher the degree of placenta previa is,the higher the incidence rates of hemorrhage,placenta increta,hysterectomy,and premature birth are.
