辅助生育技术与自然受孕双胎的产前超声筛查结果比较

摘　　要：目的比较超声产前筛查辅助生殖技术受孕双胎与自然受孕双胎的胎儿及孕妇健康状况的效果。方法回顾性分析2010年5月-2015年5月在医院定期进行超声产前诊断后分娩的118例辅助生殖技术(ART)受孕的双胎孕妇(观察组)和234例自然受孕的双胎孕妇(对照组)基本信息、孕期合并症、胎儿健康状况等。结果观察组孕妇年龄(33.6±4.42)岁,对照组为(28.04±5.06)岁,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组产妇妊娠期高血压的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),双胎输血综合征仅发生于对照组(6例)。妊娠期糖尿病、羊水、前置胎盘、脐带附着位置异常、胎儿结构畸形等两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),超声检查结果相似。结论与自然妊娠双胎相比,ART双胎妊娠不增加孕妇围产期并发症的风险,而且新生儿健康状态与自然妊娠双胎相当。Objective To compare maternal and fetal health of twin pregnancy after assisted reproductive technique（ ART） and spontaneous pregnancy detected by ultrasound. Methods The basic information,pregnancy outcomes,fetal health of 118 pregnant women of twin pregnancy after ART and 234 spontaneous twin pregnant women receiving ultrasonography regularly in the hospital from May 2010 to May2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mean maternal age in observation group and control group were（ 33. 6± 4. 42） years old and（ 28. 04±5. 06） years old,respectively,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 01）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（ HDCP） between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,feto-fetal transfusion syndrome only occurred in 6 cases in control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus,abnormal amniotic fluid,abnormal umbilical cord attachment location,and fetal structural distortions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,the results of ultrasonography were similar. Conclusion Compared with spontaneous twin pregnancy,twin pregnancy after ART can＇t increase the risk of perinatal complications,and the healthy status of neonates was similar to those after spontaneous pregnancy.
