摘  要:在建筑物移位、增层等改造中,托换技术是关键环节。首先对建筑物移位技术的发展进行了概述,然后分别对砌体和框架柱移位托换技术的主要进展进行总结。砌体托换结构以混凝土托换结构及钢托换结构为主,基本符合墙梁计算模型。框架柱托换结构以四面包裹式托换为主,具有空间受力特性,以托换梁的破坏或梁柱结合面冲切破坏为主。针对目前托换技术研究的现状,进一步研究托换结构的破坏机制,建立托换结构的承载力计算公式,对托换技术的后续研究及工程应用必将起到推动作用。The underpinning technique is a key process in the building moving and story-adding retrofitting. The development of the building moving technique was introduced briefly first and the corresponding underpinning techniques in masonry and frame column structures were then concluded. The concrete underpinning structure and steel underpinning structure used in the masonry structure basically met wall-beam calculation model. The four-sided wrapped underpinning structure is often adopted in frame column, which has spatial mechanical properties and the failure of the frame column underpinning mainly features the underpinning beam failure or the punching failure on the beam-column interface. According to the state-of-art of the underpinning technique researches, the failure mechanism of the underpinning structure need to be further studied and the calculating formula of bearing capacity of the underpinning structure to be established, which would promote the following researches and engineering applications of underpinning technique.
