摘 要:采用化学还原法制备的纳米Fe3O4与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)复合制备磁性聚合硫酸铁(MPFS)混凝剂,利用MPFS混凝—NaClO氧化组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,用单因素实验确定最佳运行参数。结果表明:MPFS对COD的去除效果优于PFS,在纳米Fe3O4与PFS的质量比为1∶3、MPFS投加质量浓度为3.5g/L、pH为6.5、混凝时间为25 min时,混凝效果最佳;混凝出水在NaClO投加摩尔浓度为140mmol/L、pH为6.0、氧化温度为50℃、氧化时间为65 min时,氧化效果最佳。在最佳运行条件下,MPFS混凝—NaClO氧化组合工艺对垃圾渗滤液COD、色度和氨氮的去除率分别达到88.2%、77.4%、80.3%。A composite coagulant of magnetic polymeric ferric sulfate (MPFS) was prepared by the polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) and magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles which were prepared by chemical reduction method. Experi- ments for landfill leachate were conducted by using combined MPFS coagulation and NaCIO oxidation process. Work- ing conditions of the combined process were optimized by single factor experiment. Results showed that the coagula- tion efficiencies of MPFS were better than those of PFS. The optimum working conditions for coagulation were as fol- lows : Fe3O4/PFS= 1 :3 (mass ratios), MPFS mass concentration of 3.5 g/L, coagulation time of 25 min,and pH of 6.5. The coagulation effluent was further treated by NaClO oxidation. The optimum working conditions for oxidation were as follows: NaClO molar concentration of 140 mmol/L,oxidation time of 65 min, oxidation temperature of 50 ℃, and pH of 6.0. By combined process, removal rate could be enhanced to 88.2%, 77.4% and 80.30%for COD, color and ammonia nitrogen, respectively.
