基于德尔菲法的我国公共图书馆0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务研究

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]国外公共图书馆针对0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务至今已形成较为完善的服务体系,而我国公共图书馆服务则鲜有延伸至该群体,因此研究我国公共图书馆0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务有重大的现实意义。[方法 /过程]运用德尔菲法对我国公共图书馆开展0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务的必要性、优势、障碍及策略进行调研。问卷的主体部分采用李克特式量表(Liken-type Scale)法设计,量表填答方式采用五点尺度,以体现被调查者对相关观点的认同度。[结果/结论]调查表明,大部分专家认为我国公共图书馆开展0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务是必要的,丰富的馆藏资源是公共图书馆开展0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务的主要优势,人力资源不足是公共图书馆开展0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务的主要障碍。据此提出我国公共图书馆开展0-3岁婴幼儿阅读服务的策略。[Method / process]Reading service for 0- 3 year olds in foreign public libraries has formed a complete service system,but our public libraries rarely extend to the group. This article aims to explore the feasibility of our public libraries to develop reading service for 0- 3 year olds. [Method / process]This paper used the Delphi Model to investigate its necessity,advantages,obstacles and measures of our public libraries reading service for 0- 3 year olds. This questionnaire used Likert type Scale,completed way using the five points,and counted average of survey respondents to get respondents to the relevant opinions. [Result / conclusion]The questionnaire shows that our public libraries have necessity to develop reading service for 0- 3 year olds,and rich collections are its main advantage. However,insufficient human resources remain to be the biggest obstacle. Finally,the survey shows the reading services strategies.
