摘  要:目的以实验犬为模型探讨磁锚定技术(MAT)联合磁压榨技术(MCT)实现超微创胃造瘘的可行性。方法根据自行设计的超微创胃造瘘手术路径,设计并加工用于磁压榨胃造瘘的子母磁体和锚定磁体。子母磁体为1对中央带孔的圆柱状磁体,其中母磁体的中央孔内固定有14F胃管。锚定磁体为体积更大的圆柱状磁体。按既定手术操作路径在8条杂种犬上实施手术,以验证其操作的可行性和安全性。结果在8条实验犬上均成功实施了超微创胃造瘘术。该术式操作简单,手术时间短,创伤极小。术后未见造瘘口渗液,造瘘通道通畅性良好。结论磁锚定技术联合磁压榨技术实现超微创胃造瘘操作简便、安全性高。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility of ultra minimal invasive gastrostomy performed by magnetic anchor technique ( MAT ) combined with magnetic compression technique (MCT). Methods In accordance with the operation pathway designed by the author themselves, a couple of parent - daughter magnets and the anchoring magnet were designed and processed for the magnetic compressive gastrostomy. The parent - daughter magnets were cylindrical with a hole in the center. A 14 - French gastric tube was inserted through the hole and fixed on the parent magnet. The anchoring magnet was a cylindrical magnet with a larger volume. The gastrostomy was performed according to the pre -designed pathway to evaluate its feasibility and safety. Results All the eight gastrostomy was successfully and easily done in a short time. The fistula was observed with no abdominal exudation and un- obstructed. Conclusion The ultra minimal invasive gastrostomy performed by magnetic anchor technique combined with magnetic compression technique is easy to operation and with high safety.
