摘　　要：氨基酸转运体足介导氨基酸跨膜转运的膜蛋白。L型氨基酸转运载体1（LAT1）是L型氨基酸转运载体中的重要成员，主要负责转运大分子支链氨基酸和芳香族的中性氨基酸，包括一些必需氨基酸，如亮氨酸等。LAT1在恶性肿瘤中呈过度表达，能促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移和肿瘤血管的形成。LAT1在陕学、营养学、动物学等生命科学领域有着重要的研究意义。Amino acid transporters are a kind of membrane protein, mediating amino acid transmembrane transport. L - type amino acid transporter 1 （ LAT1 ） is a member of the sodium - independent amino acid transport system L, and transports large branched -chain, aromatic neutral amino acid and essential amino acid, such as leu- cine. Overexpressed LATI can promote cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis and tumor angiogenesis in malignant tumor. LATI plays a significant role in physics, nutrition science and zoology. This paper focuses on the roles of LAT1 in tumor.
