摘 要:以萃取剂LZ为助剂,将其与糠醛复配成糠醛复合剂,对某炼油厂减一线馏分油进行萃取精制,考察了工艺条件对精制效果的影响。结果表明,优选的精制条件如下:糠醛复合剂中萃取助剂LZ的体积分数为50%,萃取温度和相分离温度均为70℃,萃取时间为1.5 min,相分离时间为50 min,萃取剂与原料油的体积比为1.5,萃取级数为2;在此精制条件下,油品酸值可从3.84 mg/g降至0.73 mg/g,残炭值由0.039 0%降至0.006 8%,萃取后精制油的收率达82.8%(体积分数);同以糠醛作萃取剂相比,在精制油酸值相当的情况下,采用糠醛复合剂作萃取剂时,脱酸选择性提高了97.4%,精制油收率提高了13.4%。The vacuum side cut 1 distillate oil from an oil refinery was extractively purified by furfural composite extractant which consisted of furfural and extractant LZ as additive. The influences of process conditions on refining effect were investigated. The results showed that the optimum operation conditions were as followed: the volume fraction of extraction promoter LZ in furfural composite extractant 50%,extraction temperature and phase separation temperature both 70 ℃, extraction time1. 5 min,phase separation time 50 min,the volume ratio of extractant to raw oil 1. 5 and extraction stage2. Under the above mentioned refining conditions,the acid value of oil reduced from 3. 84 mg / g to0. 73 mg / g, the carbon residue dropped from0. 039 0% to 0. 006 8%,and the yield of refined oil reached 82. 8%( volume fraction). Compared with furfural as extractant,the deacidification selectivity and the yield of refined oil increased by 97. 4% and13. 4% respectively using furfural composite as extractant in the case of the equal acid value of refined oil.
