摘  要:介绍了催化剂QLH-03 B在德黑兰炼油厂260万t/a柴油加氢精制装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明,以中东高硫原油为原料,在设计工况条件下,装置运行平稳;催化剂投用初期反应器入口温度(338℃)较低,反应器床层压降约为0.25 MPa,反应器床层径向温差小于2℃;装置满负荷运行41个月后,反应器床层压降升高至0.44 MPa,加权平均床层温度比设计值仅高出4℃;装置满负荷运行3 a后,柴油脱硫率仍高达99.9%,脱氮率为98.9%,精制柴油产品含硫量小于10μg/g,符合欧Ⅴ柴油质量标准。The industrial application of catalyst QLH- 03 B was introduced in a 2. 60 Mt / a diesel hydrorefining unit of Tehran refinery. The results showed that under the design process conditions,the unit had been running steadily with Middle East high sulphur crude oil as stock. In initial operation,the reactor inlet temperature( 338 ℃) was lower,the bed pressure drop was about 0. 25 MPa,and the reactor bed radial temperature difference was less than2 ℃. After the unit had been running for 41 months at full capacity,the reactor bed pressure drop increased to 0. 44 MPa,the weighted average bed temperature was only 4 ℃ higher than the design value.After the unit had been running for 3 years at full capacity,the diesel desulfurization rate was still as high as 99. 9%,the denitrification rate was 98. 9%,and the sulfur content of refining diesel was less than 10 μg / g,which met the European Ⅴ diesel quality standards.
