摘　　要：随着新型城镇化的提出,城乡一体化发展不断深入,乡村地区正发生着剧烈的转型与重构。乡村有其独特性,在社会发展中有不可或缺的作用,乡村的发展正受到广泛关注与重视,新时期下镇村布局规划的编制工作也经历着新的实践和探索。在回顾江苏省历轮镇村布局规划的基础上,以《扬州市市区镇村布局规划》的编制为例,对新型城镇化背景下江苏省镇村布局规划的编制新实践进行思考,以期为同类型规划的编制提供借鉴。Under the background of new-type urbanization, the integration of urban and rural areas is deepening, the country area is undergoing drastic transformation. The country is unique, and has an indispensable role in the development of the society. Rural development issues are getting more and more attention. In the new period, the work of the town and village system planundergoes new practice and exploration. On the basis of the overview of the past town and village system plan in Jiangsu, this paper takes the case of the ＂town and village system plan of Yangzhou urban district ＂ and think of the new round work in Jiangsu. Its preparation method can provide reference for similar projects.
