摘　　要：坚持大中小城市和小城镇协调发展是调衡区域间经济发展的必然要求。以长株潭城市群为例,在详细分析长株潭城市群大中小城市和小城镇协调发展现状及其存在问题的基础上,从制度创新、产业优化、城镇体系、市场机制等方面提出了相应的对策建议。Stick to small cities and coordinated development of small towns is an inevitable requirement between Leveller regional economic development. In this paper, Tan city cluster, a detailed analysis of the status quo in the coordinated development of Urban Agglomeration of small cities and small towns and the problems on the basis of system innovation, industrial optimization, urban systems, and other aspects of the market mechanism the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
