摘 要:使用中频炉生产铝铁脱氧剂,具有能耗低、升温速度快、熔炼时间短的优势。但是由于熔炼过程中产生的高熔点渣在炉底累积,会出现炉底上涨现象,使生产能耗增加,产量降低,并且极易造成穿炉事故,使炉衬的平均使用寿命减少。通过调整加料和熔化顺序、控制渣量、及时清理炉底等合理的操作可以显著降低炉底上涨速度,延长炉衬使用寿命,操作得当,炉衬使用寿命可以增加40炉以上。When producing ferro-aluminum deoxidizer,the intermediate frequency furnace has several advantages,such as lower energy consumption,faster temperature rising and shorter smelting time.Due to the accumulation of smelting slags with high melting point during the production,however,the bottom of the intermediate frequency furnace is induced to be thicker.Consequently,it increases the energy consumption,reduces the production and makes it easy to burn through the furnace bottom.Thus the service life of the furnace lining is limited to 40~60times.In this work,the rising of furnace bottom could be suppressed significantly by adjusting the charging and melting sequence,controlling the amount of slag,reducing or even avoiding the residue alloy after tapping,and cleaning up the furnace bottom timely.With these operational methods,the service life of the furnace lining is increased 40 furance more,showing a promising application in the industry.
