摘 要:聚合物纳米载药系统是一种发展和应用前景极为广阔的新型药物载体,本文从聚合物纳米载药系统制备材料、方法、载药、释放及给药方式几个方面对聚合物纳米载药系统的研究进展进行了综述。现有的研究表明,聚合物纳米载药系统可选取的材料更加广泛,制备方法日益精良,载药量明显提高,释放更加持久并可经多种方式进行给药,这些均使得药物的靶向性更灵敏准确,治疗更有效,操作更方便。Polymer nanoparticles drug delivery system is a new kind of drug carrier with extremely extensive application prospect. In this paper,polymer nanoparticles drug delivery system are reviewed from several aspects,including the materials,preparation method,drug loading,the release of drug,and delivery mode. Based on the existing research,there are more and more materials which can be selected for preparation of polymer nanoparticles drug delivery system,the preparation process is increasingly sophisticated,the drug loading is significantly increased,the release is more durable,and the drug delivery system can be administered by a variety of ways.These all make the targeting of the systems more sensitive and accurate,treatment more effective and operation more convenient.
