摘　　要：目的探讨红外线照灯及安尔碘外敷联合应用对产后会阴伤口红肿的影响。方法回顾性分析2011年2月至2014年12月海南省人民医院收治的64例产后会阴伤口红肿患者,按就诊顺序(单双号)分为治疗组与对照组,每组32例,对照组给予安尔碘外敷治疗,治疗组给予红外线照灯及安尔碘外敷联合应用治疗,每组各4 d。结果治疗组总有效率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(87.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗,两组患者的血浆粘度均明显降低,治疗组的血浆粘度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不同时间点的红细胞压积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后经过评定,治疗组患者的疼痛状况明显轻于对照组,治疗组的伤口愈合情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红外线照灯及安尔碘外敷在产后会阴伤口红肿的联合应用能缓解疼痛,促进伤口愈合,从而提高治疗疗效,作用机制可能与改善血液流变学指标有关。Objective To investigate the effects of infrared lamps combined with anerdian topical for treating postpartum perineal wound swelling. Methods Clinical data of 64 cases with postpartum perineal wound swelling hospitalized in Hainan People＇s Hospital from Feb. 2011 to Dec. 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment order（ odd and even numbers）,these cases were equally divided into treatment group and control group,the cases in control group were given anerdian topical treatment,treatment group were given infrared lamps combined with anerdian topical treatment,the cases in both groups were treated for 4 days. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 100. 0 % and 87. 5 %,the total efficiency was significantly higher in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the plasma viscosity showed a clear downward trend（ P〈0. 05）,the plasma viscosity after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the hematocrit in the two groups had no significant difference. After treatment,the pain situation in the treatment group was significantly lighter than the control group,and the wound healing situation in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The infrared lamps combined with anerdian topical for treating postpartum perineal wound swelling can relieve pain,promote wound healing,and thus improve the therapeutic efficacy,its mechanism may be related with the improvement of hemorheology.
