摘 要:目的探讨多元化培训模式在医院工勤人员医院感染预防控制知识培训中的应用,为提高医院感染预防控制管理水平提供参考。方法选择2014年4月-6月在医院工作的112名工勤人员,采用多元化培训模式进行医院感染预防控制理论知识和操作技能培训,比较工勤人员培训前及培训3个月后岗位技能、工作质量与临床满意度。结果多元化培训3个月后,医院工勤人员感染预防控制理论知识和操作技能较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);工作质量和临床满意度较培训前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对医院工勤人员进行多元化模式培训,可提高工勤人员医院感染防护意识及操作技能,规范工作习惯,提升医院感染预防控制管理水平,达到预防医院感染的目的。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of diversity training mode in the training of the personnel for hospital infection prevention and control and provide reference for improving the management level of hospital infection control and prevention.METHODS Totally 112 employees working in the hospital from Apr.to Jun.2014 were selected in the research.The workers were trained for the knowledge and operation skills about hospital infection prevention and control using the diversity training mode.The level of skills,working quality and clinical satisfaction were compared before training and after training for 3months.RESULTS There was significant difference before training and after training for 3months(P〈0.01)as the knowledge,operation skills on hospital infection prevention and control,the working quality and clinical satisfaction were improved greatly after training for3 months.CONCLUSION After using the diversity training mode,the knowledge and operation skills on hospital infection prevention and control were improved obviously.Good work habits were cultivated,which raised the overall quality of the workers.And the management level of hospital infection control and prevention was greatly improved and the target of hospital infection prevention was reached.
