摘 要:将微波辐射应用于污泥脱水,研究污泥在不同微波辐射强度和辐射时间后污泥比阻、泥饼含水率和溶解性化学需氧量的变化,探讨微波辐射对污泥结构破坏的相关机理.结果表明,微波辐射可明显改善污泥脱水性能,微波辐射能越高,最佳微波辐射时间越短,低强度短时间的微波辐射难以改变污泥性质.微波联合Fenton试剂能提高污泥脱水性能,先微波后投加Fenton试剂比先投加Fenton试剂后微波效果更好.Microwave radiation was studied in improvement on sewage sludge dewatering for the different microwave radiation intensity and radiation time after microwave radiation. The effect of the prehydrolysis was investigated by SRF, mud cake content and SCOD, discussing the related mechanism of the microwave radiation damage to the sludge structure. The result showed that microwave radiation can obviously improve the performance of sludge dewatering, and the higher the microwave radiation energy, the shorter the optimal microwave radiation time. Low intensity in a short period of time of microwave radiation is not enough to fundamentally improve the properties of the sludge. Microwave combined Fenton reagent for sludge dewatering study prove that the sludge was firstly pretreated by microwave and then using Fenton reagent better than using Fenton reagent first.
