摘　　要：针对新生儿静脉营养支持问题,根据新生儿的日龄、体重、疾病种类和治疗方法等因素的影响,考虑了营养液配比的总热量与各种物质需要量,建立一个新生儿随日龄及体重变化的静脉营养液配比的数学模型,利用Excel电子表格实现了营养液配比的电子处方,其应用于临床新生儿的治疗中具有简便、快捷、精确的优点.This paper provides an introduction to parenteral nutrition support problem of newborn.According to the influence of factors,such as age,weight,diseases,and treatment method,this paper takes the total quantity of heat and material requirements of all kinds into consideration.It builds a nutrient admixture ratio mathematical model in which the ratio change over the age and weight of the newborn.Excel is used to realize the electronic prescription of the ratio of the nutrient admixture.The model has the advantages of simple,fast,and accurate when it is applied in therapy of newborn.
