综合治脊疗法治疗脊性2型糖尿病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察综合治脊疗法治疗脊性2型糖尿病的疗效。方法：将100例2型糖尿病伴胸椎错位（T6～T10）患者随机分为两组，治疗组在常规降糖治疗基础上加用综合治脊疗法，对照组则根据病情遵医嘱应用降糖药物治疗，生活方式干预贯穿于两组患者的治疗始终，治疗12周后评定疗效。结果：治疗12周后，治疗组总有效率及血糖达标率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）：治疗组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：常规降糖治疗基础上加用综合治脊疗法治疗2型糖尿病相较于单用降糖治疗能更好地控制血糖，具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。Objective： To observe the efficacy of comprehensive chiropractic therapy for spinal type 2 diabetes. Methods： 100 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with thoracic vertebra dislocation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group treated by comprehensive chiropractic therapy on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy, while control group by hypoglycemic therapy according to the doctor＇s order, and the lifestyle intervention was continuous throughout the treatment, evaluated the efficacy after 12 weeks of treatment. Results： After 12 weeks of treatment, the overall response rate and blood glucose compliance rate of treatment group were both significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）; the improvement of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc of treatment group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with single hypoglycemic therapy, conventional hypoglycemic therapy combined with comprehensive chiropractic therapy can control the blood glucose more effectively, which has a high clinical practice and promotion value.
