广东省麻风院村休养人员生活费补助水平分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东省麻风院村休养人员生活补助水平,为提高在院休养人员生活补助水平,保障其基本生活条件提供参考。方法利用自制调查表对全省麻风院村登记在册的休养人员总人数、地方财政补助休养人员生活费标准、省财政补助休养人员生活费标准及当地城镇居民最低生活保障线等信息进行调查。结果全省63家麻风院村共上报休养人员2 034人,全省人均生活费补助水平为515.40元/月;为保障全省休养人员生活费补助达到当地低保线标准需增加投入60.69万元/年,达到省平均线标准需增加投入218.33万元/年。结论全省麻风院村休养人员生活费补助水平普遍偏低,各级政府应通过多种方式增加投入,保证休养人员的基本生活需求。OBJECTIVETo investigate the alimony subsidy level people infected by leprosy in leprosy villages, provide reference datato government to increase alimony subsidy for people infected by leprosy in hospitals and villages and cover the basic demand in theirdaily life. METHODS Using self-made questionnaire to collect information includeing number of people infected by leprosy, the alimo-ny subsidy level paid by local governments, the alimony subsidy level paid by the Guangdong Provincial Government and, the local ur-ban minimum living security. RESULTS For 2 034 people infected by leprosy in 63 leprosy villages in Guangdong; the average alimo-ny subsidy level for each patient was 515.5 yuan every month. In order to guarantee the alimony subsidy level reach the local urbanminimum living security, another 606 912 yuan were needed each year; and 2 183 258 yuan were needed each year to make the ali-mony subsidy level reach the average alimony subsidy level of the the whole province. CONCLUSION The alimony subsidy level ofpeople infected by leprosy live in leprosy villages was low. Government should take multiple measures to guarantee the basic demandin their daily life.
