阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林对社区老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林对社区老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法选择2014年6月—2015年2月在本社区卫生服务中心就诊的老年2型糖尿病患者100例作为受试对象,将其随机划分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规降糖治疗,治疗组在观察组的基础上,给患者服用阿托伐他汀钙片和阿司匹林,对比两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度蛋白质(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及颈动脉中膜内膜厚度(IMT)等指标变化情况。结果 6个月后,治疗组患者的Hb A1c、TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组炎症因子CRP也有明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IMT也明显降低,治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林对社区老年2型糖尿病患者可以有效降低患者的血脂,并且对患者血糖也有改善作用,能够抑制炎症反应、稳定患者动脉粥样硬化的目的,临床疗效较好。OBJECTIVETo evaluate the influence S of combined therapy of atorvastatin and aspirin on eldly person of type 2 diabetes.METHODS 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. Each group had 50 patients. The control groupwas treated with normalization of blood glucose, and atorvastatin and aspirin were given additionally to patients in the trial groupduring the period. The levels of FBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,CRP,IMT in the both group were measured beforeand after 6 months. RESULT 6 months later, the levels of Hb A1 c, TC, TG, LDL-C, CRP and IMT decreased more obviouslythan the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of HDL-C was higher than the control group, and also had the significant difference（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The combined therapy of atorvastatin and aspirin of type 2 diabetes conld reduce blood lipid levels and bloodglucose of patients, suppress the inflammatory response,which also could be stabilize carotid plaque.
