消痔灵在预防环状混合痔术后肛缘水肿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨消痔灵肛周间隙注射联合外剥内扎术预防环状混合痔术后肛缘水肿的方法及疗效。方法将360例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组。治疗组180例,采用"消痔灵肛门周围间隙注射加外剥内扎术";对照组180例,单纯采用外剥内扎术,对两组患者术后住院期间肛缘水肿情况进行评价和统计学评估。结果两组术后肛缘水肿得分:治疗组:0分129例,1分30例,2分15例,3分6例;对照组:0分77例,1分42例,2分33例,3分28例。两组水肿情况差异显著,P<0.05。结论消痔灵肛周间隙注射联合外剥内扎术可有效预防术后肛缘水肿的发生,减轻患者术后疼痛,使用经济、操作简单易行,尤其对肛管下移患者,肛垫上提效果较好。OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy of preventing the postoperative edema by perianal gap injection of xiaozhilinginjection plus milligan-morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid.METHODS 360 circumferential mixed hemor-rhoid patients were randomly allocated to two groups. 180 cases were cured by the operation of perianal gap injection of Xiaozhilinginjection plus milligan-morgan. The other half of cases were cured by milligan-morgan. Postoperative anal edema were evaluated bythe rating scale. RESULTS Swelling score of patients in the treatmeng group was better than score of patients in the control group.These two groups were statistically different. CONCLUSION The operation of perianal gap injection of xiaozhiling plus milligan-mor-gan could protect the anal pad organization,so it could effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative anal edge edema.
