摘 要:对郑州市2个城中村底部框架砌体房屋进行了调查,确定房屋的典型特征,建立了底部框架砌体房屋的有限元模型,沿房屋的纵向和横向分别进行了不同地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。研究表明:在多遇地震作用下底部框架柱的柱端和过渡层墙体的窗间墙以及窗下墙处出现一定的裂缝;在设防地震作用下底部框架柱的柱端形成了一定的塑性铰,过渡层墙体的窗间墙和窗下墙处出现斜裂缝;在罕遇地震作用下底部框架柱、框架梁和上部墙体均出现严重破坏,底部层间变形较大,易造成房屋的倒塌。Through the survey of the masonry buildings supported by RC frame in two urbanvillages in Zhenzhou City,the characteristics of the buildings were determined,so the finite element model of the building was established,the time-history analysis of the building under different level earthquake excitation were carried out. The results show that under frequent earthquake the column ends and the transition story walls between the window or under the window appeared some cracks; under precautionary earthquake the column ends formed plastic hinges,the transition story walls between window or under the window appeared inclined cracks; under rare earthquake the columns,the beams and the walls appeared severe damage,the inter-story displacement of the bottom RC frame was very larger,it would be easily lead to the collapse of the building.
