全球贸易中隐含碳排放的测算、分解及权责分配--基于单区域和多区域投入产出法的比较

摘　　要：本文在国际碳排放转移"消费者负责"的原则下,利用多区域的世界投入产出表对世界各国的出口碳排放量进行测算并结构分解,从碳排放技术、投入产出技术、出口结构和出口总量方面解释了同一时段影响各国出口碳排放增长路径的不同原因。利用单区域投入产出法的"国内技术假定"和多区域的世界投入产出法下不同进口国投入产出系数和碳排放系数,分别就中国对38个国家的进出口碳排放量进行测算,比较了中国与特定国家虚拟进口排放(单区域投入产出法下)和实际进口排放(多区域投入产出法下)之间的差额,并对误差额进行结构分解,同时从进口国碳排放强度差异、全球分工的嵌入程度差异等方面解释了按不同投入产出计算的碳排放差异的原因。Based on international carbon emission and shift principle ＂consumers＇ responsibility＂,the paper uses multi-regional world input-output database to calculate all counties＇ embodied export carbon emissions and carry out a structural decomposition analysis of the pollution,and give a translation for different reason for different country＇emission from four respects such as energy efficiency,the commodity input structure,composition of export demand,total export demand.Based on single regional input and output way＇s ＂domestic technology assumption＂,and based on multi-regional input and output table,the paper assesses China-38 countries import and export＇embodied carbon emissions. Meanwhile,the paper compare the assumed import carbon emissions（single-regional I-O table）and the actual carbon emissions（multi-regional I-O table）between China-representative developed countries and Chinarepresentative developing countries.And the paper further carry out a structural decomposition analysis of the balance so as to put forward to reason why the two assumed and actual import carbon emissions have so big discrepancy.
