摘　　要：面对迅速发展的新形势,进行了高校二级学院党建工作的探索性实践。通过内涵建设、德育引导、人文关怀和特色创新,实现党员示范、党建平台建设、人才培养、文化传承和社会服务五个方面有所作为,构建学院党建"五为"创新工作法,充分发挥党建的示范引领作用。Facing the new situation of rapid development,exploratory practice of secondary college Party construction has been carried on. Through the guidance of connotation construction,moral education,humanistic care and specialty innovation,the five achievements,which are Party members demonstration,Party platform construction,personnel training,cultural heritage and social services could be achieved. The aim is to build innovated college Party construction work of ＂ five achievements＂,and to give full play to the leading role of Party building demonstration.
