摘　　要：经济新常态下,科技创新成为经济持续发展的主要动力源。科研项目作为科技创新和科研成果的摇篮,其评价体系尤为重要。通过对现有科研项目评价体系中指标选择和权重分配等因素进行探究,基于创新现象和创新需求的多层次、全方位特点,提出科研项目评价方式要多样化、评价要素精细化、评价周期弹性化及评价体系自我优化。In the new normal,economy is increasingly driven by technology innovation. For research projects are cradle of technological innovation,so the evaluation system is very critical. This paper explains the index selection and weight development of project evaluation system,and it puts forward some strategies including diversified ways,refined evaluation,flexible evaluation period and self-optimizing evaluation system.
