摘　　要：随着我国社会信息化进程的不断推进,个人信息的收集、处理和利用为社会管理提供了有效的信息资源。信息技术使得批量处理和传递个人信息更加快捷,同时也使保护个人信息成为一个难题。非法收集个人信息,不正确地处理、使用个人信息的问题日益严重,因此有必要对个人信息进行立法保护。笔者剖析了实践中个人信息遭受侵害的现状,并提出构建我国个人信息保护体系的法律建议。With the development of the social information process in our country,the collection,processing and utilization of the personal information provides effective information resources for the social management.Information technology makes batch processing and personal information delivery more quickly,while protecting personal information has become a problem.At the same time,the problem of collecting personal information illegally and processing and utilizing personal information improperly has become more serious.So it is necessary to enact laws on the protection of personal information.The paper analyzes the present situation of personal information violated in practice and puts forward some law proposals on constructing personal information legislation protection system.
