成都市公务员吸烟现状和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市公务员吸烟行为的发生状况、烟草危害知识知晓程度和吸烟行为的态度,探讨成都市公务员吸烟行为的影响因素。方法以分层随机整群抽样方法获取成都市827名公务员样本,采用自填式结构问卷了解成都市公务员吸烟行为的发生状况、烟草危害知识知晓程度和对吸烟行为的态度。结果成都市公务员总体吸烟率为25.4%,男性吸烟率为47.5%,女性为2.9%。男性、年龄、对吸烟的态度是影响公务员吸烟的主要因素。结论成都市公务员吸烟行为与性别、年龄、对吸烟的态度因素有关。应制定有效措施对成都市公务员吸烟状况进行干预和预防,带动全社会参与戒烟。Objectives To investigate the status of smoking and the situation of smoking-related knowledge and attitude,identify the main factors of smoking behavior among the government staffs in Chengdu and to analyze the influencing factors of smoking.Methods 827 government staffs were surveyed with self-designed questionnaires about the current situation of smoking and influencing factors.Results The smoking rate of government staffs in Chengdu was 25.4%,with a smoking rate of 47.5%for the male and 2.9%for the female.The main influencing factors of government staffs were gender,age,and the attitude of smoking.Conclusions Smoking behavior was associated with gender,age and attitude to smoking.It is necessary to intervene the smoking of government staffs,and drive the whole society to participate in.
