基于妇女孕前体质中医优生干预的依从性分析

摘　　要：目的对孕前偏颇体质妇女的中医体质干预依从性进行分析,评价干预效果。方法对北京市平谷区的172名研究对象进行3个月的优生干预,干预组给予中医综合(包括饮食调养、经络调养、起居调护、运动调理与情志调摄等)与西医常规优生干预相结合的方法进行指导,并记录研究对象的依从情况;对照组施以常规优生干预方案。结果与中医运动和经络调理方案相比,干预组研究对象对中医饮食指导的依从性高;虽然依从性不理想但干预组的体质改善率(36.59%)仍高于对照组(15.73%),中医干预后两组体质改善率差异有统计学意义(!2=9.71,P=0.002);干预组依从者较不依从者体质改善明显,且差异有统计学意义(!2=39.77,P<0.05)。结论对孕前偏颇体质妇女进行中医综合干预其依从性并不十分理想,但体质改善效果较明显。Objectives To analyze the compliance of comprehensive pre-pregnancy traditional Chinese medicine eugenic intervention among women with biased habitus,and to evaluated the effect of the intervention.Methods Eugenics physical intervention was conducted among 172 subjects in Pinggu district of Beijing.The intervention group was guided with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）method（diet,meridian regulation,living nursing,sport conditioning and emotional nursing）and normal western medicine method,and the compliances were recorded,while the control group was guided with normal method.Results The compliance of TCM dietary guidelines was better than that of sport conditioning and meridian regulation in the intervention group.The physical improvement rate of the intervention group（36.59%）was higher（15.73%）than that of the control group（Chi-square value=9.71,P=0.002）.The physical improvement rate of the complier was better than that of the non-complier（Chi-square value=39.77,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The compliance of comprehensive pre-pregnancy traditional medicine eugenic intervention among women with biased habitus is not ideal,but the effect of habitus improvement is still obvious.
