心理社会因素对军人值得信任特征的影响研究

摘　　要：目的调查分析军人值得信任特征及其形成的相关因素。方法采用人性哲学量表、症状自评量表、生活事件量表及埃森克人格因素问卷（EPQ）,对1 783名军人进行测评。采用单因素方差分析、Pearson相关分析、多元回归分析。结果不同年龄、受教育程度、军种、婚姻状况、气质类型的军人之间值得信任特征有一定差异。军人值得信任因子正分、负分、总分与SCL-90总分及各因子分大多存在显著性相关（｜r｜=0.020~0.239）。EPQ的4个因子、年龄和生活事件负分总分因子进入以值得信任正分为因变量的多元回归方程（F=27.343,P〈0.01）。EPQ的N、L因子和生活事件负性社交因子进入以值得信任负分为因变量的多元回归方程（F=65.103,P〈0.01）。结论军人人际信任的高低,与气质类型和遇到的生活事件密切相关,另外也会受到年龄、受教育程度、军种、婚姻状况等因素影响,且直接影响着心理健康水平。Objectives To investigate the impact of social psychological factors on the trustworthiness in the soldiers.Methods Investigation of 1 783 soldiers was conducted using Trustworthiness from Revised Philosophies of Human Nature Scale,SCL-90,EPQ and LES.Statistical methods included factor analysis,pearson correlation analysis,and multivariate regression analysis.Results Significant differences of levels of trustworthiness of soldiers were found between groups with different education levels,different kinds of services,different status of marriage and different temperament types.Trustworthiness were related with several factors of SCL-90（｜r｜=0.020~0.239）.The four factors of EPQ,age groups,and the negative total score of LES entered into the stepwise linear regression equation with the independent variable trustworthiness positive scores（F=27.343,P 〈0.01）.The N and L factors of EPQ,and the negative social score of LES entered into the stepwise linear regression equation with the independent variable trustworthiness negtive scores（F=65.103,P 〈0.01）.Conclusions Level of trustworthiness of soldiers were closely related with temperament type and negative life events,and influenced by education level,different kinds of services,different status of marriage,and can affect their psychological health.
