摘  要:ZnS(Ag)闪烁室法水中氡浓度测量仪具有准确度高,探测下限低,操作简便,受湿度影响小的优点。从方法原理、测量装置及软硬件设计进行阐述,探讨了影响仪器测量准确性的因素。用液体镭源测试的结果验证了仪器的线性和准确性,其线性相关系数为0.9811,相对误差为-17.16%~10.21%;并与RAD7测氡仪水中氡浓度测量的数据作对比,相对误差在-14.28%~18.57%。Water radon concentration measurement by ZnS(Ag) scintillation chamber has the advantages of high accuracy,low detection limit,easy to operate and stable under different humidity conditions.The thesis descripted the principle method,the design of hardware and software of the measuring device,discussed the factors which influence the accuracy of the instrument.The tested results of several liquid radium source verified the linear and accuracy of the instrument.The linear correlation coefficient of the instrument is 0.981 1,the relative error is between-17.16% to 10.21%.By comparing measuring data with RAD7 emanometer,the relative error is between-14.28% to 18.57%.
