摘　　要：社会资本办医越来越受到政府重视,相关政策密集出台,有力地推动了社会资本办医的发展。通过分析社会资本办医面临的机遇和挑战,提出社会资本办医要重视人才培养工作,提高医疗技术团队协作能力,加强医院文化建设,重视医院经济管理工作,以及通过"借用"著名医院品牌,提高医院知名度等建议。Social capital investing in hospitals has aroused more and more government attention. The government introduces a lot of policies to promote the development. This paper analyses opportunities and challenges of social capital investing in hospitals and makes suggestions as follows： paying attention on personnel training,improving teaming and collaboration ability,strengthening hospital culture construction,attaching importance to hospital economic management,and franchising famous hospital brand.
