摘 要:近年来随着多媒体技术、计算机网络和通讯技术的发展,影像归档和通信系统取得了重大的成就。但影像归档和通信系统所产生的医学诊断图像数据量巨大而传输带宽有限,导致其发展局限于放射科内部,无法共享,从而降低了临床工作的效率。本文以湖北省某三甲医院建设全院级医学影像归档与传输系统为例,介绍院级影像归档和通信系统的架构、基本构成。探讨院级影像归档和通信系统应用的优势,进而不断改善工作流程,为全面建设数字化医院打下坚实的基础。In recent years,with the development of multimedia technology,computer networks and communication technologies,PACS has made significant achievements. However,factors like large amount of medical image data,bandwidth and others,led to internal limitation of PACS in radiology,and information can not be shared,which reduced the efficiency of clinical work. Taking construction of hospital- wide medical image archiving and communication system( PACS) in our hospital as an example,system architecture and basic composition were introduced. The study will discusse the advantages of PACS in the application,and constantly improve the work flow to make the solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of digital hospital.
