摘　　要：目的:探究女性强制隔离戒毒人员的应对方式及其与心理健康的相关关系。方法:采用应对方式问卷和SCL-90问卷对260名新入所女性强制隔离戒毒人员进行研究,采用SPSS 21.0统计软件进行Pearson积差相关分析、多元回归分析等。结果:问题解决、求助因子与SCL-90负相关(P<0.05、0.01),自责、幻想、退避与SCL-90正相关(P<0.05、0.01)。自责和解决问题因素进入回归方程,联合解释率为33.0%,其中自责的预测率为21.7%。结论:女性强制隔离戒毒人员的应对方式不成熟;应对方式与心理健康水平间显著相关;自责和解决问题应对方式对心理健康水平有预测作用。Objective： To explore the coping styles of female drug users forced quarantine,and the correlation with mental health. Methods： An research was conducted in 260 using coping style questionnaire and Symptom Checklist- 90（ SCL- 90） By SPSS21. 0. Results： It＇was negatively correlated between coping style,seeking help and SCL – 90（ P 〈0. 05,0. 01）; there were related significantly between self- blame,fantasy,retreat and SCL- 90（ P〈 0. 05、0. 01）. Self- blame and solving the problem entered into the regression equation,combined accounted for 33%,and 21. 7% in the interpretation of self- blame aspect. Conclusion： Coping styles of female drug users forced quarantine is relatively immature. It is significant correlation between coping style and mental health level. Self- blame and solving the problem have prediction effect on mental health level.
