摘　　要：根据冷床的设计经验及棒材生产线的工艺实践,提出了标准冷却、缓冷快过及强制冷床冷却等模式,以满足优特钢车间的生产需要。与常规冷床相比,此冷床冷却后的棒材平直度更高,可减少某些规格的优特钢产品的个别后续精整工序,为企业节约成本,带来较高收益。As to design experience and production practice, this paper proposes cooling modes of cooling beds, including standard cooling, slow cooling and forced cooling, which could be effective to cater for the production of high special steel mill. Compared to conventional cooling bed, bars coded by this cooling bed have better flatness, and high special steel of some specifications can reduce some downstream finishing process, consequently saving cost and bringing more benefits for enterprises.
