摘　　要：在简单介绍宽厚板连铸机自动化控制系统的基础上,从质量判定模型的设计原理出发,详细介绍质量控制系统的组成和设计特点及其在莱钢宽厚板连铸机上的应用效果。应用效果显示,铸坯合格率显著提升,有效提高了铸坯质量。Based on a brief introduction of automation control system of wide-thick plate CCM, starting from the design principle of quality determining model, this paper detailedly introduces the composition and design characteristics of quality control system and its application effect on wide-thick plate CCM in Laiwu Steel. Application resuhs show that increased qualified rate of casting blank effectively improves the slab quality.
