摘　　要：分析煤矿企业现阶段的安全状况,应用"破窗理论",阐述安全风险预控管理理论在与实际工作相结合过程中,遇到严重破窗、一般破窗、轻微破窗3个"破窗"阶段需要采取的应对措施,从根本上研究不同管理阶段的不同管理方法,使安全管理有的放矢。This article analyzes the present safety status of coal mine, using the Broken Window theory, and elaborates the measures of safety risk pre-control management encountering serious broken window, general broken window,light broken window three stages in the process of actual work. The author researches the different management methods in different management stages, in order to do safety management work well.
