基于德尔菲和优序图法构建ICU医院感染风险评价指标体系

摘　　要：目的建立科学合理的ICU医院感染风险评价指标体系。方法选取45名专家进行德尔菲函询,采用优序图法计算指标权重。结果 2轮专家的权威程度系数分别为0.85、0.92;形成包含6个一级指标(组织管理、环境及设施、患者、人员管理、工作任务、团队合作,权重分别为0.20、0.19、0.17、0.16、0.15、0.13),17个二级指标及79个评价标准的ICU医院感染风险评价指标体系。结论ICU医院感染风险评价指标体系可综合评价ICU医院感染风险。Objective To build a scientific and reasonable tool for measuring risks of ICU-acquired infection.Methods Forty five experts were invited to complete a two-round Delphi survey,then weights of indicators were calculated using the precedence chart.Results The authority coefficient of expert was 0.85 for round 1and 0.92 for round 2.The evaluation system included 6primary indicators,17 secondary indicators,and 79 criteria.The primary indicators were named as organizational management,environment and facilities,patients,staff management,task,and teamwork,with the weight being 0.20,0.19,0.17,0.16,0.15,and 0.13 respectively.Conclusion The indicator system can be used to evaluate risks of ICU-acquired infection.
