摘 要:目的评价标杆管理法在无症状HIV感染者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将56例无症状HIV感染者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(26例)。对照组给予常规健康教育,即由责任护士随机实施口头宣教和集中宣教活动;观察组在对照组的基础上实施标杆管理法,即将患者中优秀者以标杆"立标",引导和帮助其余同伴患者"对标",帮助和督促患者"达标",和患者一起"创标"。健康教育实施3个月后,对患者自我管理能力及生存质量进行评价。结果观察组自我管理能力及生存质量评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论结合标杆管理法的健康教育活动能有效提高无症状HIV感染者自我管理能力,改善其生存质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of benchmarking in health education for asymptomatic HIV-infected persons.Methods Totally 56 asymptomatic HIV-infected patients were randomly divided into an observation group(30cases)and a control group(26cases).The control group was given conventional verbal education or group teaching,while the observation group additionally introduced benchmarking in health education,including selecting the most excellent patient in this group to serve as a benchmark,instructing the others to bridge the gap closer to the benchmark,helping them to achieve the target,and setting up a higher benchmark.Self-management ability and quality of life of the patients were evaluated 3 months after the intervention.Results The selfmanagement ability and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05 for both).Conclusion Application of benchmarking in health education can effectively improve self-management ability and quality of life of patients with asymptomatic HIV infection.
