摘 要:浮头式热交换器设计原理除管、壳间不存在约束外和固定管板式换热器相同,都按弹性基础圆平板理论设计,为此而应先假定管板厚度并按迭代法实施。GB 151—1999和GB/T 151—2014对其a型结构的规定则可以不假设管板厚度,直接由所规定管板计算厚度公式和系数C、Gwe的线算图简单求得,而系数C、Gwe和管板厚度δ无关,显然和弹性基础圆平板理论不符,对此提出商榷,并对阐述GB151中浮头式换热器管板设计方法理论依据和应用的专文提出商榷。In the design of floating tubesheet heat exchanger, except for inexistence of constraint between tube and shell, other principles are the same as that in the design of fixed tubesheet heat exchanger. Both of designs are based on the theory of circular plate on elastic base. Thus the thickness of tubesheet should be assumed first, and then by iteration an appropriate thickness of tubesheet is determined. But in GB 151—1999 and GB/T 151—2014, for type A tubesheet, the thickness of tubesheet can be directly calculated from one equation and two coefficients C and Gwe which are read from curves. The coefficients C and Gwe used in the equation are not related the thickness of tubesheet, which is apparently not consistent with the theory for circular plate. In this paper, the base of the method used in GB 151 which was mentioned above was discussed.
