摘  要:浮头式换热器是一种常见的换热器形式,通常其管程数为2程或4程。但在个别特殊场合中有时会使用到单管程的浮头式换热器。虽然单管程的浮头换热器已经有应用实例,但其特殊的结构,仍然需要引起设计人员的重视。尤其是夹持板的计算及其密封性,应当给予重点关注。文章对单管程浮头式换热器在设计过程中应注意的事项进行阐述,并提出相应的注意事项和计算方法。Floating tubesheet heat exchanger is one of commonly used heat exchangers, which are normally with two passes or four passes. But in some applications, the structural type with one pass is also applied. Although this kind of heat exchanger has practical application, its specific structure should be still paid attention, especially to the calculation of clamped plate and its seal performance. In this article, some issues which are worth noticed in the design of floating tubesheet heat exchanger were stated, and the relevant calculation methods were presented.
