摘 要:建立了甘薯中敌敌畏、氧乐果、乐果、对硫磷、马拉硫磷共5种有机磷农药的气相色谱测定方法。样品经乙腈提取,DB-1701P毛细管柱色谱分离,FPD检测器检测,基质匹配外标法定量。5种有机磷农药在浓度0.05~1.00 mg/L范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.999 6,加标回收率为78.2%~108.9%,相对标准偏差在(n=7)3.6%~10.4%之间。应用此法,5种有机磷农药在12 min内全部出峰。该方法具有简单、快速和定性准确等优点,满足残留量检测的要求。A gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of 5 organophosphorus pesticides residues,including diehlorvos, omethoate,dimethoate,parathion,malathion in sweet potato sample. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then separated in a DB-1701P capillary column and detected with flame photometric detector (FPD).A matrix matched external standard was used for quantitative analysis. The calibration curves were in good linearity between the peak area and the concentration of 0.05-1.1313 mg/L for 5 organophosphorus pesticides with correlation coefficients not less than 0.999 6.The spiked recoveries ranged from 78.2% to 108.9% with RSD's (n=7)in the range of 3.6%-10.4%. Using this method,5 organophosphorus pesticides were all found in 12 minutes. The proposed method was simple,fast and accurate,and it met the requirements of residue detection.
