摘  要:为探究重质原油和轻质原油对卤虫(Artemia)毒性的影响,本研究测定了不同浓度重质原油和轻质原油对卤虫的急性毒性和孵化时间的影响。结果表明:随着原油浓度的增大,其对卤虫的毒理效应呈增大趋势,且与浓度的对数呈正比。轻质原油对卤虫的96 h-LC50值为0.013 8 mg/L,重质原油对卤虫的96 h-LC50值为0.093 4 mg/L,轻质原油对卤虫的96 h半致死毒性显著高于重质原油(P<0.05);重质原油和轻质原油较大程度抑制了卤虫卵的孵化,卤虫开始孵化的时间随着暴露原油浓度的增加呈增大趋势,且轻质原油对卤虫孵化时间的影响大于重质原油。In order to explore toxicity of heavy crude and light crude to Artemia, the influence of toxicity and hatch time were determined. The results showed that the effects of Artemia toxicology showed a increase trend,and the concentration of logarithmic enlarge with the increase of concentration of crude oil ,the light oil to the Artemia 96 h-LC50 value of 0.013 8 mg/L ,the heavy crude to the Artemia 96 h - LC50 value of 0.093 4 mg/L. The Artemia 96 h lethal toxicity of light crude oil was significantly higher than that of heavy crude oil (P〈0.05). The eggs hatch of Artemia were greatly inhibited with heavy crude and light crude ,the start incubation time increase with the increase of exposure concentration of crude oil ,and the influence of light crude oil was greater for start incubation time than the heavy oil.
